MY ROLE
During the summer of 2019. I spent ten weeks working for Team One in Los Angeles with my classmate, Louis Boehling. As Junior Experience Designers, we had the opportunity to work within a few different departments. That said, we usually found ourselves working alongside UX/UI Designers, Creative Technologists, and Strategists. The following projects occupied most of our time.

LEXUS
ABOUT THE BRAND
Team One is arguably most well-known for its long-standing relationship with Lexus. The partnership has flourished for over three decades, and Team One now is responsible for the majority of Lexus national advertising and digital services.
I. INTERACTION LIBRARY
While working with a Senior UX Designer, we were responsible for building out an interaction library for the existing Home and Offer pages of Lexus.com. Designers and developers can now reference this library on future projects when building out new pages on the site.
II. MOBILE SPEC & DATA VISUALIZATION
While working with a Product Designer and Visual Designer, we were asked to re-imagine the mobile visualization of specifications for Lexus vehicles.
This was a unique challenge, because we were forced to condense a lot of data into a seamless mobile experience.

III. MODEL PAGE FEATURE ENHANCEMENT
While working with a Product Design lead, we were asked to think about a feature enhancement for the existing model page. Reflecting on some of our learnings from testing a Porsche AR application (see below), we proposed the addition of a 360 configurator.
IV. DYNAMIC EMAILS
While working with a Business Analyst and Producer, we built a modular content library, so that Lexus can deliver more dynamic emails to its customers.
We wire-framed each of the existing email modules, and combined them in specific hierarchies to match each of the various email structures.
PORSCHE
ABOUT THE BRAND
Although Porsche is not a Team One account, the agency remains interested in the new products and campaigns of competitors within the luxury car brand space.
AUGMENTED REALITY USABILITY TESTING
In early 2019, Porsche released a new AR visualizer for mobile devices. The goal of the app is to allow users to experience a personally configured Porsche at any time, anywhere.
In hopes of applying new learnings to the immersive reality efforts of Team One, we conducted user testing on the visualizer and condensed our findings into a report for the User Research team.
JACUZZI
ABOUT THE BRAND
Jacuzzi is one of Team One's newest clients. The 60-year old business is internationally regarded as an icon and innovator in the hot tub and bath industry.
AUGMENTED REALITY DESIGN
During the final weeks of our internship, we were asked to help design an AR shopping tool for Jacuzzi’s newest bathtub, the Arga.
We worked with creative technologists to build annotated flow diagrams and high-fidelity wireframes.
